1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to WarpTok port forwarding services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
WarpTok provides port forwarding that routes traffic from an assigned entry IP/port to your target IP/port. Key features include:
- One dedicated forwarding port per account
- Two entry addresses per service
- Multi-region node selection
- Traffic-based billing
- Self-serve target IP/port configuration
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches
- Be at least 18 years old to use the Service
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of others
- Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
- Conduct network attacks, DDoS attacks, or other malicious activities
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
- Use the Service for fraud, phishing, or other deceptive activities
- Resell or redistribute the Service without explicit authorization
- Use automated tools to mass register accounts or abuse the Service
5. Billing and Payment
5.1 Pricing and plans
We offer multiple plans with different traffic quotas and features. Current pricing is available on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing users.
5.2 Subscription cycles
Monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual subscriptions are supported. Longer terms may include discounts.
5.3 Auto-renewal
Unless you cancel, the Service renews automatically at expiration. We send a reminder email 7 days before renewal. You can cancel in account settings at any time.
5.4 Payment methods
We support WeChat Pay, Alipay, USDT, and credit cards. Payments are processed by secure third-party processors.
5.5 Traffic usage
Each plan includes a traffic quota. When quota is exhausted, forwarding pauses until you purchase a traffic pack or renew. Unused traffic does not roll over after reset.
6. Refund Policy
We provide a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy:
- Full refund within 7 days of first purchase
- Renewal orders are not eligible for refunds
- Orders with more than 50% traffic used are not eligible for refunds
- Traffic packs are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
7. Service Availability and Support
7.1 Service level
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, third-party outages, or user-related issues.
7.2 Technical support
We provide support via email and ticketing. Standard response time is 24 hours. Pro and Enterprise plans receive priority support.
8. Data and Privacy
We value your privacy. For details on how we collect and protect data, see our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by WarpTok or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in illegal or improper activities
- Fail to pay due fees
- Are required by law enforcement or court orders
- Remain inactive for more than 12 months
After termination, you lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted. We will attempt to notify you in advance, except in severe cases where immediate termination may be necessary.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. You use the Service at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WarpTok and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
14. Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction where WarpTok is located.
16. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
17. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WarpTok regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
