Frequently asked questions

What are entry and target addresses?

Entry addresses are the IP and port assigned by WarpTok. All traffic sent there is forwarded to your configured target IP and port.

Why are there two entry addresses?

Two entry addresses provide redundancy. You can choose the lower-latency one or switch if one has issues.

What happens when traffic runs out?

Forwarding pauses when your quota is depleted. Renew or upgrade to resume service. We'll notify you when usage is high.

How do I choose the best region?

Select the region closest to your location or audience. For example, choose a US region if most viewers are in the US.

What payment methods are supported?

We support WeChat Pay and Alipay. Choose the most convenient option for your region.

What does traffic reset time mean?

Traffic reset time is when your quota recalculates. For monthly plans, traffic resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Can I change the target address anytime?

Yes. You can update the target IP and port in the console and changes take effect immediately.

Can I change entry regions anytime?

Yes. You can switch entry regions at any time. Two free region changes are included; additional changes may incur a fee.
